We have extensive experience of working with families faced with the challenge of parenting. We work with families to find solutions for children and young people offering them the chance to develop confidence and self esteem while strengthening their resilience to better manage the hurdles of family life. We retain a firm belief in the important role of breath and space for children as they transition to young adulthood and assimilate the difficulties of retaining relationship to their parents, family and community in that transition.

Welcome to our website and thank you for taking the time to learn more about our organisation. We provide a solution focused problem solving and change management service to individuals, families and organisations in the north west and border areas, we also provide a service online when appropriate.

We have thirty years experience of working with individuals, families and organisations through the process of change. Operating from a solutions based model, we draw on both a systems and emotional analysis of situations and circumstances. We can facilitate the resolutions process enabling you to transform ineffective or intransient positions into positive and progressive outcomes.

We are available to work with individuals to enable them to overcome barriers to their career development and to their work life balance, with families wishing to improve communication and relationship between children, young people and adults and with small and medium sized organisations interested in strengthening organisational effectiveness and health. Molly Finn is a founding director of the business, here is a brief outline of her experience and qualifications.
